Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Havyyn, you agree to these terms. If you're using Havyyn on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
1. The service
Havyyn helps creators moderate comments and DMs, schedule multi-platform content, and analyze engagement on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook via each platform's official APIs. We operate as a Tech Provider under Meta's Platform Terms, Google's YouTube API Services Terms, and TikTok's Developer Terms.
2. Your account
- Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18.
- Each connected platform account must comply with that platform's own terms of service. You represent that the accounts you connect are yours or that you have authority to manage them.
3. Acceptable use
You may NOT use Havyyn to:
- Target individuals based on protected characteristics.
- Silence good-faith journalism, regulators, or public-interest accountability.
- Bulk-hide negative reviews on commercial pages to mislead consumers.
- Send unsolicited messages, spam, or harass anyone.
- Reverse-engineer the service or attempt to bypass billing/rate limits.
- Violate any law or any platform's terms.
We reserve the right to suspend any account that, in our reasonable judgment, violates these terms.
4. Plans and billing
- Plans, prices, and limits are as shown on the pricing page in-app.
- Billing is monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime; access ends at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: we don't offer pro-rated refunds, but we'll process them on a case-by-case basis for clear billing errors.
- Failed payments are retried automatically. After three failed retries the workspace moves to read-only, then is suspended after 14 days.
5. Your content and our service
You retain ownership of everything you post or schedule through Havyyn. By uploading content, you grant Havyyn the right to process and transmit it to the platforms you've connected, only for the purpose of providing the service.
Comments and DMs we ingest from connected platforms remain owned by whoever authored them under the relevant platform's terms. We store and process them only to provide moderation and analytics features.
6. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Platform limitations
Features that depend on third-party APIs (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) are subject to those platforms' availability, rate limits, and policy changes. We'll do our best to keep the product working, but we can't guarantee a specific feature continues to work if a platform restricts its API.
TikTok comment moderation specifically requires TikTok Marketing Partner status, which is a separate approval process that takes 12–24 months. We are honest about what is and isn't available on each platform; see in-app help for current capabilities.
8. Termination
You can delete your workspace at any time from Settings. We can terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these terms with reasonable notice (immediate for security risks).
9. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes
We'll announce material changes in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
