01Is this just comment moderation?
No — that’s where it starts. Havyyn also drafts replies in your voice, builds your media kit and rate card, tracks brand deals from your DMs, and publishes across all three platforms. It’s the whole back office of being a creator, in one place.
02Will connecting Havyyn put my account at risk?
No. We connect through each platform’s official API and only the permissions you approve. Havyyn never posts, replies, or deletes anything you didn’t set up — and you can disconnect in one click.
03Does the AI reply or post on its own?
Only if you turn that on, and it’s off by default. Most creators start in draft mode — the AI writes, you approve and send. When you trust it, you can let it auto-send a share of the easy, clearly positive replies, at a percentage you choose, with a kill switch always available.
04Which platforms does it work with?
Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Moderation and publishing work across all three; some features (like DM tools) are Instagram-only because of what each platform’s API allows.
05Is my audience’s data safe?
We process comments and messages to do the work you asked for — moderation, replies, insights — that’s it. We don’t sell or share your data, tokens are encrypted at rest, and you can export or delete everything anytime.
